Refund Policy for Magnus Vita Consulting

This Refund Policy applies to all services provided by Magnus Vita Consulting ("we," "us," or "our").

1. No Refunds for Services Rendered

Magnus Vita Consulting does not offer refunds for any services that have been rendered. This means that once we have performed any portion of the services outlined in our agreement with you, you are responsible for payment for those services.

2. Contract Cancellation and Discontinuation

Any contracts or agreements for services between you and Magnus Vita Consulting may be cancelled or discontinued, but only when such cancellation or discontinuation is mutually agreed upon by both parties (you and Magnus Vita Consulting).

3. Payment for Work Performed

In the event of a mutually agreed-upon cancellation or discontinuation of services, you will remain responsible for paying for all work that has been performed by Magnus Vita Consulting up to the date of cancellation or discontinuation. This includes, but is not limited to, any work completed, hours spent, or expenses incurred in the provision of services.
